Senior Manager of Demand Generation

Join Garner as a Senior Manager of Demand Generation, where you will be responsible for scaling the channel that connects Garner to mid-size employers. You will design and launch multi-channel campaigns targeting health insurance brokers, build the broker lifecycle, and partner with sales and BDR teams to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads. You will also measure channel and campaign performance and recommend where to invest next. This is a hybrid or remote position with flexible PTO, equal paid parental leave, and a 401(k) plan with a 2% company match.

• Design and launch multi-channel campaigns targeting health insurance brokers, owning the qualified pipeline they generate.
• Collaborate with Sales, BDR, Product Marketing, and Events teams to turn broker relationships into qualified pipeline.
• Measure channel and campaign performance, recommending where to invest next, and bringing an AI-enabled approach to marketing systems.

• Channel partner or partner marketing experience is a strong plus
• Strong command of funnel mechanics, including attribution, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, and pipeline-to-spend
• 6+ years of B2B demand generation, growth, or integrated marketing experience, with direct accountability for a pipeline number
• A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback
• Experience marketing complex products to a sophisticated buyer
• A track record of building and scaling multi-channel campaigns and demand generation programs
• Fluency applying AI to build scalable marketing systems and programs
• Relevant experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment is a strong plus
