Strategy & Operations Manager

As a Strategy & Operations Manager, you will work on high-priority strategic initiatives, develop and deploy operational processes, and support the company's strategic operating rhythm. • Execute strategic projects across the business, focusing on areas of high priority for Garner’s leadership team.
• Take on a portfolio of operational processes, developing and deploying them in close collaboration with subject matter experts.
• Support Garner’s strategic operating rhythm, including managing company KPIs and driving our annual/quarterly planning processes.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize insights from complex data
• 2+ years of experience in a strategic problem-solving role; prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, or an early-stage startup environment
• A strong ability to break down unstructured problems into their component parts, recommend solutions, and work with cross-functional stakeholders to implement them
• Interest and/or experience working in healthcare, with a mission to improve the U.S. healthcare system
• A desire to do work that matters: and to be held to a high standard while doing it. You're energized by a mission with measurable outcomes, not just good intentions
• A combination of high ownership mentality and detail orientation that has resulted in a track record of delivering operational initiatives
