Senior Staff Product Manager (Platform Integrations & Partnerships)

Join TwelveLabs as a Senior Staff Product Manager, where you will own the product roadmap for co-development, distribution, and integration partnerships with major cloud providers and data platforms. You will work closely with internal teams and partner product managers to drive integrations from technical design to launch, while tracking success metrics and aligning priorities across departments. This role requires 7 to 10 years of product management experience, a track record with major cloud or data platforms, and strong technical fluency in cloud infrastructure and API design.

• Own the product roadmap for co-development, distribution, and integration partnerships across major cloud providers and data platforms.
• Partner directly with product and engineering counterparts at platform companies to scope, prioritize, and ship joint integrations.
• Drive integrations end to end, including technical design, security and compliance review, GTM enablement, launch, and co-sell readiness.

• 7 to 10 years of product management experience, with meaningful work in partnerships, platform, ecosystem, or integration products. Demonstrated capability matters more than tenure
• A track record working with major cloud or data platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar companies and their AI/ML services
• Clear and concise written communication across technical specifications, partner briefs, and roadmap documents
• Comfort operating in ambiguity, managing multiple partner relationships at different stages, and reprioritizing as new information arrives
• A platform and ecosystem mindset. You look for leverage and network effects rather than treating every request as an isolated feature
• Experience in a customer-facing solutions architecture or forward-deployed engineering role, with real depth in system architecture and/or machine learning
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Strong technical fluency in cloud infrastructure, system architecture, and API design. With an emphasis on GPU heavy integrations
• Experience with hyperscaler co-sell or partner programs such as AWS Partner Central and ACE, Azure Marketplace, or GCP Partner Advantage
• Familiarity with foundation models, vector or embedding-based data platforms, or AI/ML inference infrastructure
• Experience operating in a startup or high-growth environment with fast-shifting priorities
• Background in media, video, or content technology
