Email & SMS Specialist

Join Twin, a fast-growing company, as an Email & SMS Specialist. In this role, you will own the email marketing strategy from creative testing to segmentation execution, and resolve the Gmail Promotions inbox-placement issue. You will also build Twin's first SMS program from scratch, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Additionally, you will log every creative, cadence, and segment decision, design and run A/B tests, and partner with the Marketing team on creative production and approval. This is a remote opportunity based in the U.S. with a comprehensive benefits package.

• Comfortable executing within a channel strategy set by someone else, rather than setting standalone channel direction — this role reports into an orchestration layer, not around it
• Strong grasp of deliverability and inbox-placement mechanics (sender reputation, authentication, list hygiene, Promotions-tab avoidance)
• Experience designing and reading A/B tests
• 4+ years in email marketing or marketing automation, ideally hands-on with Braze or a comparable ESP/CDP
• Comfortable working with lead-level data and campaign reporting in a CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation platform
• Direct experience launching or scaling an SMS program, including consent and TCPA compliance basics
• Experience in a regulated industry with consent/compliance requirements beyond standard CAN-SPAM
• SQL literacy
