• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives to ensure continuous professional growth and sustained high performance.
• Drive revenue and quota attainment by being directly accountable for achieving and consistently exceeding team productivity goals.
• Strategically utilize the CRM to monitor sales activity, conduct regular pipeline and call reviews to provide appropriate guidance needed to achieve targets.
