Senior Product Manager (Atom Engine)

Join our team as a Senior Product Manager for Atom Engine, where you will own the vision and roadmap for our content. You will translate user needs and company priorities into a clear strategy, roadmap, and requirements, guiding our content specialists in their execution. Your role will involve improving the content process, defining successful outputs, enabling focused execution, connecting content with the broader product, and measuring and improving outcomes. You should have a deep understanding of simulation technologies, strong product judgment, and experience in strategy and execution for complex products.

• Comfort working autonomously, navigating ambiguity, and taking accountability for results
• An understanding of, or strong interest in, the military and defense technology space
• A collaborative, pragmatic approach, with respect for specialist expertise and the confidence to make decisions
• Experience owning strategy and execution for a complex product, content portfolio, or production workflow
• Strong product judgment, including the ability to prioritize competing needs and translate broad goals into actionable requirements
