Job Description

Join our team as an AP/AR Accounting Specialist, where you will be responsible for managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting monthly financial reports. You will need a bachelor's degree in finance or a related field, 3-5 years of experience in finance roles, and proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.

Verifying transaction details and matching vendor invoices to purchase orders.
Generating and sending customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Reconciling and analyzing ledger accounts, aiding the production of monthly and annual financial entries.
