What You Will Be Doing

Consistent weekday schedule – evenings & weekends free Mission‑driven, supportive team Paid training and ongoing support Stable, full‑time hours Work that truly matters to people and families Your Superpowers:

• Compassionate, dependable, and patient individuals Comfortable working with adults with disabilities or aging adults Able to perform moderately physical tasks Willing to learn—we provide training Experience in caregiving, healthcare, education, or customer service is helpful but not required.

The Rhythm of the Role

Support adults with daily activities, independence, and self‑advocacy Help with personal care and hygiene respectfully and with dignity Participate in activities, instruction, and engagement Monitor and document basic health information (vitals, blood glucose as needed) Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment Work as part of a caring, collaborative team What You Would Need to Bring to the Table:

High school diploma or GED Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle CNA or CMA preferred but not required Ability to obtain CDL within 6 months (if hired as a driver) Benefits:
