2nd Shift CNC Lead

Nolte Precise Manufacturing, Inc. 2nd Shift CNC Lead Cincinnati, OH $28/hr to $36/hr + $2 shift differential APPLY HERE We are looking for a hands‑on CNC Machine Shop Lead with strong Swiss machining experience to support and guide a team of CNC operators. This role combines daily machining support with leadership responsibilities to keep production running safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily CNC operations for turning, milling, and Swiss machines Troubleshoot machining issues , assist with setups, offsets, tooling, and program reviews Ensure ISO/AS quality checks and documentation are completed correctly Maintain a safe work area and enforce PPE and OSHA requirements Monitor production KPIs and resolve issues quickly Work with Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance to improve processes Train operators and support onboarding for new hires Requirements Strong Swiss machining experience (required) 5–7 years CNC machining (turning & milling) 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role preferred Ability to read blueprints and GD&T Skilled in troubleshooting, setups, and measurement tools Experience with ISO/AS quality systems and lean/5S practices Strong communication and leadership skills We Make it Easy Founded in 1901, MRA is a nonprofit employer association that serves more than 4,000 employers, covering more than one million employees.
