Retail Donation Attendant

Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is looking for motivated, fast-paced individuals to fill Part-Time and Full-Time Retail Donation Attendant positions at our Midland store located at 2030 N. Saginaw Rd, Midland MI $15.00 an hour _ ___ Essential duties and responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to individuals donating to Goodwill. Greet donors with a friendly, professional greeting.

Help donors safely transport their donations from their vehicle to the back room. Assist with customer and donor concerns, addressing them in a professional manner. Record all donors and donations accurately on the Donation Tracking form Assist with janitorial duties, maintaining cleanliness in the back room and on the sales floor.
