Spanish-Speaking Mental Health Therapist (MSW, LSW, LAC, LPC, LCSW)

Compensation: $40–$45 per completed clinical session Mindify Wellness and Care is actively hiring a Spanish-speaking Mental Health Therapist in Pennsauken, NJ! We are looking for a bilingual clinician to provide in-person therapy services at our partner adult day care center, with additional opportunities to provide telehealth services. We have an established patient caseload and are ready to begin scheduling sessions.

Collaborative team

Work alongside other behavioral health professionals. Schedule & Location Provide onsite therapy at our partner adult day care center in Pennsauken, NJ . Onsite availability generally needed 1–3 days per week, depending on center needs.

Typical onsite hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Additional telehealth appointments may be available on the same or separate days.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field.
• MSW, LSW, LAC, LPC, or LCSW credentials considered, subject to applicable NJ practice and supervision requirements.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (required).
• Strong interpersonal and clinical communication skills.
• Previous clinical experience preferred but not required.

• Provide therapy services to Spanish-speaking clients within your authorized scope of practice.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to support patient care.
