Family Medicine OR Internal Medicine Physician Johnstown PA Full-Time or Part-Time | $300,000–$325,000 Base Salary + Production Bonuses Looking for a physician role with strong compensation, manageable patient volumes, and better work-life balance? We are seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join our growing long-term care practice in Johnstown and Somerset, PA.

You'll provide primary and chronic care to patients in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Independent Living communities with dedicated clinical and administrative support in both Somerset and Johnstown, about 40–45 minutes apart.

Qualifications

• MD or DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Pennsylvania medical license or eligibility to obtain DEA registration or ability to obtain Long-term care or geriatric experience is a plus, but not required If you're looking for $300K+ earning potential without the traditional primary care grind, we'd love to speak with you.
