Design Engineer

Gonzalez Companies is a partner-managed engineering firm providing planning, design, and construction management services to water and wastewater utilities, transportation agencies, municipalities, and public-sector clients. We are seeking a talented Design Engineer to join our growing team and help deliver impactful infrastructure projects that improve the communities we serve.

This opportunity is ideal for an engineer with 3 to 10 years of experience who is looking to expand their technical expertise, take on additional project responsibilities, and contribute to meaningful civil infrastructure projects. You will work alongside experienced engineering professionals while gaining exposure to project design, client service, and project delivery. Candidates with experience in site/civil engineering, transportation, water/wastewater, or utility infrastructure are encouraged to apply.
