Vyntra helps financial institutions understand, monitor and protect their financial transactions. Our solutions in Financial Crime Prevention and Transaction Observability are trusted by more than 130 financial institutions across 60+ countries.
We bring together technology, expertise and insight to help banks and financial institutions operate with greater confidence.
The role
We're looking for a hands-on Demand Generation Specialist to turn our marketing plans into effective digital campaigns.
Working closely with our Marketing and Sales teams, you'll build, launch and manage campaigns using HubSpot, helping us reach the right audiences, generate leads and move prospects through the sales funnel.
This is a practical, execution-focused role for someone who enjoys working with marketing technology, understands campaign performance and knows how to turn data into useful insights.
What you'll be doing
Build and launch digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, landing pages and lead nurturing programmes.
Manage campaign workflows, audience segmentation, contact lists and data quality within HubSpot.
Coordinate campaign activity with Marketing, Sales and SDR teams, ensuring effective lead management and follow-up.
Support event-related campaigns, including invitations, registrations and post-event communications.
Monitor campaign performance using metrics such as impressions, clicks, downloads, email open rates and conversions.
Track leads through the marketing and sales funnel, including MQLs, SALs, SQLs and opportunities.
Create CRM reports, analyse results and recommend improvements to campaign performance.
What we're looking for
Around 4–5 years of relevant experience in demand generation, marketing operations or digital campaign management.
Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform such as Marketo, Pardot or Eloqua.
A good understanding of campaign workflows, segmentation, lead management and CRM reporting.
Confidence working with marketing KPIs and using data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
A proactive, collaborative approach and a genuine interest in marketing technology.
Good professional English.
Experience in B2B technology or financial services would be an advantage, as would French language skills, but neither is essential
