Job Description
Join Everlaw, a leading legal technology company, as a Senior Financial Analyst. In this role, you will own the revenue and Annual Revenue Run Rate (ARRR) models that drive top-line forecasting and business planning. You will analyze complex customer and contract data, deliver monthly and quarterly reporting, and support annual budgeting and executive reporting. The Finance team plays a crucial role in steering the company through its next stage of sustainable growth.
- Ownership of revenue and Annual Revenue Run Rate (ARRR) models for top-line forecasting.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to turn complex customer and contract data into clear financial models.
- Building, refining, and automating revenue and ARRR forecasting models to improve accuracy and scalability.
- You thrive in cross-functional environments, managing multiple priorities and recurring deadlines with incomplete or evolving information
- You are an analytical problem solver who can navigate complex customer and contract data, investigate data issues, and reconcile disparate data sources
- You bring advanced financial modeling skills in Excel or Google Sheets, with a focus on building transparent, automated, and easy-to-maintain models
- You have at least 3 years of experience in FP&A, revenue finance, or financial analysis, ideally supporting revenue planning or recurring-revenue metrics in a SaaS environment
- You are authorized to work in the United States. Please note that at this time, Everlaw is not sponsoring U.S. employment visas for this role
- You communicate complex financial concepts clearly and concisely to both finance and non-finance business partners
- Think you're missing some of the skills and are hesitant to apply? We do not believe in the 'perfect' candidate and encourage you to apply if you feel you can bring value to our team
- Experience with ARR or ARRR reporting, SaaS metrics, or revenue recognition concepts
- Working knowledge of SQL or data-querying tools
- Familiarity with financial planning tools (e.g., Adaptive Planning), ERPs (NetSuite), CRMs (Salesforce), or BI and data warehouse platforms (Looker, Tableau, Snowflake)
