Operations Coordinator

• Coordination of customer orders through the production process, including work order releases, production scheduling, and order fulfillment activities.
• Monitoring build progression against planned rate and milestone commitments, and communicating schedule status, risks, and mitigation plans to Operations leadership.
• Managing the partnership with the Logistics Coordinator and Sales Operations team to deliver timely, accurate updates to customers on order status.

• Associate’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management or related field
• Excellent Google ecosystem skills
• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, or U.S. Permanent Resident) due to clients under U.S. federal contracts
• Working knowledge of Bill of Material’s, routing structures, revision control and work order lifecycle
• All employment is contingent upon the successful clearance of a background check and drug test
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an operations environment overseeing timely operations execution
• Understanding of capacity planning concepts
• Understanding of configuration-controlled products
• Experience supporting LRIP or rate ramp production
• Experience in process development and optimization
• Experience in Aerospace, Defense, Electronics, or RF/Radar Production environments
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM or related analytical field
