Head of B2B Partnerships

Join DubClub as the Head of B2B Partnerships, where you will be responsible for monetizing our premier digital assets. You will lead the B2B partnership strategy, manage a high-value sales pipeline, and oversee campaign delivery. This role requires a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, an established network in the sports betting industry, and multi-format sales expertise.

• Establish foundational motion to monetize DubClub’s premier digital assets by packaging raw impressions and high-converting placement opportunities into multi-channel campaigns.
• Lead B2B partnership strategy and hit quarterly and annual revenue targets by selling integrated media packages across DubClub’s app, email newsletter ecosystem, and social properties.
• Build, manage, and scale a high-value sales pipeline targeting key decision-makers at sportsbooks, prediction markets, and fantasy platforms.

• Strategic & Entrepreneurial: Ability to build a sales strategy from the ground up in a fast-paced environment
• Established Network: Direct contacts with budget holders at major sportsbook operators, prediction markets (e.g., Polymarket, Kalshi), and DFS platforms (e.g., Underdog, PrizePicks)
• Multi-Format Sales Expertise: Experience packaging and selling digital ad formats across mobile apps, email, and social media properties
• 5+ Years Experience: Proven track record in B2B brand partnerships, media sales, or ad sales within the sports betting, iGaming, or sports media ecosystem
• Fluent in Gaming Economics: Deep understanding of sports betting unit economics combined with digital ad sales frameworks
