Shift Manager - Casino

Join our team as a Shift Manager at our casino. In this role, you will provide superior service to guests, protect the company's assets and integrity, assist on-duty supervisors and managers, verify and approve slot jackpots, approve credit extensions, plan work schedules, advise security of problem players, resolve guest complaints, and approve comps. The position offers a competitive annual salary of $60,000.

• Provide superior service to guests and ensure the company's assets and integrity are protected.
• Assist on-duty supervisors and managers of all departments, and verify and approve all slot jackpots of $5,000 or more.
• Plan and administer work schedules and assignments for slots and table games, and resolve guest complaints as requested.
