Senior Manager of Executive Initiatives

Join Crunchyroll as a Senior Manager of Executive Initiatives, where you'll drive the Executive Office's highest-priority work and ensure thoughtful execution of leadership moments. You'll report to the VP of the Executive Office and work on strategic projects, executive decision-making, and company-wide leadership programs. Your responsibilities will include reviewing strategies before they reach the President, taking on strategic projects, building executive presentations, and planning key leadership events. This role requires 8+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or similar roles, and a strong interest in AI and emerging technology.

• 8+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, Chief of Staff, business transformation, or similar roles that require strong problem-solving and business judgment
• Comfortable moving between strategic work and hands-on execution, including planning high-visibility leadership meetings, offsites, or events
• High attention to detail, discretion, and good judgment in a fast-moving executive environment
• Excellent written and visual communication skills, with experience creating presentations, briefings, and recommendations for senior leaders
• Experience working closely with senior executives on complex business questions, recommendations, and decisions
• Strong interest in AI, emerging technology, and how they are changing business and consumer behavior
• Strong influencing skills and the ability to drive work across teams without direct authority
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly make sense of an ambiguous problem and develop a clear point of view
• MBA or equivalent experience preferred
• Experience working across global teams or corporate partners is a plus
