Senior Manager of Marketing Strategy

Join Formlabs as a Senior Manager of Marketing Strategy, where you will drive data-driven decision-making, optimize marketing strategies, and provide valuable insights to support our growth objectives. You will define customer segments, build business cases, structure analysis, and partner with senior leaders across the business. This role requires a strategic mindset, collaboration across cross-functional teams, and a deep understanding of customer segmentation and targeting.

• Defining customer segments and sizing markets to identify growth opportunities for the company.
• Building the business case for winning a segment and owning the execution and delivery of the strategy.
• Partnering with senior leaders across the business to drive alignment and ensure successful implementation of marketing strategies.

• Have an ownership mentality and get things done
• Are able to structure analysis & build data-driven models
• Experience working with executive leaders and are willing to debate and push back
• 3 to 10 years of experience in Strategy roles or on Strategy projects as a Management Consultant OR experience in scaling business from 1 to 10
• Use AI tools fluently in your daily work, held to the same quality bar as your own
• Experience in industry research and customer segmentation
• Have a growth mindset. Don’t mind trying new ideas and learn fast
• MBA preferred, not required
• Engineering, manufacturing or related experience is a big plus
• Are proficient with data analytics and visualization tools (GBQ/SQL, DataStudio/Looker, etc.)
