Vice President of CRM GTM Innovation

Join ServiceNow as the Vice President of CRM GTM Innovation, a strategic role focused on driving growth in CRM and AI across key industries. You will partner closely with sales, marketing, product, industry, and strategic partners to bring ServiceNow CRM and industry solutions to life at a global scale. Your key goals will include growing the CRM pipeline, engaging directly with senior customer stakeholders, and bridging internal teams and key partners to accelerate outcomes. You will also shape and drive CRM strategy, serve as a strategic advisor to Product, Development, and Marketing, and lead joint programs with top partners.

• Drive growth in CRM and AI across key industries by partnering with sales, marketing, product, and strategic partners.
• Own CRM pipeline performance, accountable for KPIs tied to opportunity volume, movement, and conversion.
• Shape and drive CRM strategy by building and executing CRM strategies by region and industry, aligning effort to where growth potential is greatest.

• Trusted advisor to customers and senior leaders; thrives in a dynamic, matrixed environment

• Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in business, finance, technology, or related fields
• Skilled at enabling sales teams and channel partners and acting as a consultative partner who helps pitch, sell, and close
• 15+ years guiding strategy, operations, and day-to-day execution, with deep CRM domain knowledge and proven pipeline management using a consultative sales-cycle approach
• Exceptional written, presentation, and verbal communication — strategic, top-down, concise
• History of meeting targets for sustained YoY growth in SaaS / CRM, and experience applying AI to work processes, decision-making, and problem-solving
