Senior Open-Source Python Engineer (ML Developer Tools)

As a Senior Open-Source Python Engineer, you will be part of the Applications team, responsible for building tools that help developers create machine learning applications. You will maintain and grow libraries like Trackio and FastRTC, and work on real-time streaming and networking capabilities. • Concevoir, développer et maintenir des fonctionnalités essentielles dans les bibliothèques de l'équipe, en garantissant leur évolutivité, leur fiabilité et leur facilité d'utilisation pour les développeurs en ML.
• Architecturer des projets et des frameworks Python complexes qui servent d'outils fondamentaux pour la communauté ML, et faire passer des bibliothèques en phase de démarrage à une adoption généralisée.
• Collaborer avec des contributeurs open-source et s'engager avec la communauté au sens large à travers des revues de code, des discussions et du soutien.

• 5+ years of professional Python development experience
• Experience architecting complex Python projects or frameworks
• Experience core-contributing to or maintaining open-source software projects
• Professional experience with a modern frontend framework such as React or Svelte
• Professional experience with JavaScript or TypeScript
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field
• A track record of taking early-stage libraries or products from first users to broad adoption
