Senior FP&A Associate

Join Madhive, a leading company in the AdTech industry, as a Senior FP&A Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for core forecasting, reporting, and business partnering infrastructure, directly informing pricing, investments, and stakeholder reporting. You will design and automate financial processes, establish operational standards, and communicate complex insights clearly across the business. You will report to the Director of Strategic Finance and partner closely with all departmental leaders.

• Advanced financial modeling experience building integrated 3-statement models from scratch
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a quantitative field
• Solid GAAP knowledge and understanding of operational accounting dynamics
• Strong control discipline with a proven track record of error-free, board-grade deliverables
• Fluency in recurring revenue metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC payback, retention, cohort analysis)
• 4–6 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, investment banking, or consulting
• Technical skills: SQL proficiency, advanced Excel/Sheets, and experience with BI tools
• Experience with Board and lender reporting or debt covenant tracking
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy standards and a strong self-check discipline
• Tech & AI-forward mindset to leverage modern tools for speed and deeper analysis
• Resourceful problem solver comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities
• Cross-functional influencer who can partner across teams to drive financial discipline
• AdTech, MarTech, SaaS, or Media experience (CTV/programmatic focus is a plus)
• High-growth or pre-IPO background building scalable financial processes
• Big 4, investment banking, or consulting training
• Hands-on experience with ERPs/planning tools (NetSuite, Adaptive, Pigment, Anaplan)
