Senior Accountant

Join Globality as a Senior Accountant, a key member of our accounting team. You will manage the monthly close process, analyze financial results, assist with foreign entity reporting, support compliance filings, and improve team processes. This role offers opportunities for growth and collaboration across functions.

• Take ownership of assigned accounts and processes, manage the monthly close process, and prepare reconciliations, journal entries, and related deliverables on schedule.
• Analyze financial results, prepare monthly flux analysis of assigned balance sheet and income statement accounts, and identify and explain variances.
• Identify and recommend process improvements and financial system enhancements, and help implement them alongside the team.

• Strong Excel skills
• Experience with NetSuite or an equivalent ERP system
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt as the business grows
• Genuine interest in using AI tools to work more efficiently, and comfortable experimenting with new tools and finding ways to apply them to close, reconciliations, and reporting
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
• BS in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage workload in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and pride in the quality of your workpapers
• Working knowledge of GAAP and FASB financial reporting principles
• Effective communicator, both written and oral, who collaborates well across teams
• CPA license
• Familiarity with Airbase (Paylocity for Finance) and Carta
• Experience at a growing SaaS or technology company
