Chief Financial Officer

Join our team as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy and management of our company. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will oversee financial operations, risk management, and capital structure while ensuring financial health and regulatory compliance. You will lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, manage capital structure and fundraising efforts, evaluate potential M&A opportunities, and identify and mitigate financial risks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advanced manufacturing, hardware, or additive manufacturing technologies, and at least 10 years of financial leadership experience.

• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy to support growth, innovation, and profitability.
• Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Manage capital structure, financing strategies, and cash flow to support operational and strategic initiatives.

• The ideal candidate will have experience in high-growth, capital-intensive industries and a strong background in advanced manufacturing, hardware, or additive manufacturing (AM) technologies
• CPA required (or equivalent certification such as CFA)
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
• Experience in hardware, materials science, or additive manufacturing companies is a strong plus
• Knowledge of ERP systems (NetSuite), financial analytics, and AI-driven financial tools
• Deep understanding of cost accounting, revenue recognition, and financial modeling in manufacturing environments
• Proven track record in fundraising, investor relations, and capital markets
• Strong expertise in venture funding, M&A, and strategic financial planning
• 10+ years of financial leadership experience, preferably in advanced manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, or medical device industries
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills with executive and investor stakeholders
