Senior Director of Platform Products

Join Suki, an AI-first healthcare company, as the Senior Director of Platform Products. In this role, you will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Suki's core platform, leading a team of platform product managers and serving as a strategic partner to Engineering, Commercial, and executive leadership. You will shape the platform that underpins Suki's technology and set a new standard for health technology platforms.

• Own and drive a clear, compelling multi-year platform product strategy that enables Suki’s product portfolio and ecosystem growth.
• Define the platform’s service architecture, API strategy, and extensibility model to support current products and future innovation.
• Lead a team of platform product managers and serve as a strategic partner to Engineering, Commercial, and executive leadership.

• Deep expertise in platform product management: APIs, developer experience, data platforms, integration architectures, and service-oriented systems
• Strong background in healthcare technology, with hands-on experience navigating EHR ecosystems, health data standards (FHIR, HL7), and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, SOC 2)
• 12+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years in senior/leadership roles owning platform, infrastructure, or developer-facing products
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to balance long-term platform bets with near-term product delivery
• Proven track record of building and scaling platform product teams in high-growth, product-led organizations
• Experience productizing AI/ML capabilities at scale—ideally in NLP, speech, or applied clinical AI
• Excellent executive communication skills—able to articulate platform value and strategy to technical and non-technical stakeholders alike
• Bay Area–based is ideal, but not required
• Experience with enterprise SaaS and multi-tenant platform architectures is strongly preferred
• Technically fluent: comfortable engaging deeply with engineering and data science teams on architecture, systems design, and technical trade-offs
