Associate Director of FP&A

Join our team as the Associate Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating budgeting, monitoring, analyzing, and forecasting the overall financial performance of the department or company. You will provide valuable insights to senior leadership and play a critical role in consolidating financial results. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in corporate FP&A, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to lead high-performing teams.

• Support the coordination of budgeting, monitoring, analyzing, and forecasting the department or company’s overall financial performance.
• Drive the production and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, highlighting key trends and variances for leadership and investor relations.
• Manage and coach high performing corporate FP&A professionals, and communicate financial results, trends, and recommendations to leadership and other stakeholders.

• The ideal candidate should have a strong background in corporate FP&A, a proven ability to lead high-performing teams, excellent communication skills, and executive presence
• 7+ years experience in FP&A roles
• Demonstrated strong analytical & problem solving experience
• Expert financial modeling experience and ability to effectively translate data into actionable insights, strategies, and financial plans
• 3+ years of:
• Proficiency working with Workday and Adaptive
• MBA in Finance, MS in Financial Analysis
• Proficiency in SQL/BigQuery to analyze large data sets
• Experience in health insurance, managed care or insurance industries
