Principal Software Engineer (Frontend, Developer Experience)

• Collaborate with Product, Design, and engineering peers to build intuitive user interfaces that help developers navigate complex environments.
• Drive the development of user experiences that surface critical insights, streamline troubleshooting, and reduce cognitive load during high-pressure situations.
• Mentor colleagues in engineering reliable, performant, high-quality user experiences through direct mentorship and engineering infrastructure improvements.

• Independently own projects from inception to delivery while collaborating with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers
• A habit of seeking feedback to improve your work and the ability to ask for help when you need it
