Senior Program Manager (Health Coaching)

As a Senior Program Manager, you will lead the strategy and business planning for Health Coaching, driving data-driven continuous improvement efforts. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to advance business priorities and improve programs. • Lead Health Coaching’s strategy and business planning, translating priorities into actionable operating plans and measurable improvements.
• Manage the strategic roadmap, documenting and managing business priorities, project governance plans, project schedules, and success criteria.
• Drive programs end-to-end, executing continuous improvement and/or new workflow implementation strategies with minimal guidance.

• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• 10+ years of program management experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• MBA or Masters degree in a related field
• PMP or CSM certification
• Healthcare-related certification or license (including health coaching, nutrition/dietetics, exercise science, physical therapy, or practice management)
• Lean or Kaizen certification
