Litigation and Safety Paralegal Lead

In this role, you will support Snap's Litigation and Safety team, manage all aspects of disputes, and play a critical role in team processes and organization. • Support Snap’s Litigation and Safety team on matters large and small, managing all aspects of disputes, including case preparation, fact investigation, and communication of case-related information.
• Project manage significant cross-functional initiatives and operational matters, effectively organizing and maintaining litigation matter files.
• Take an active role in e-discovery, working closely with the managing attorney(s) and e-discovery team, and collaborating with the Legal Operations team.

• Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly by being resourceful and able to work cross-functionally with stakeholders to complete tasks and resolve issues
• Solid proficiency with technology databases, litigation management tools, and electronic discovery software
• In-house experience, especially at a technology company, is highly valued
• As applicable, compliance with professional requirements (e.g., Cal. B&P Code Sec. 6450)
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent)
• 8+ years as a paralegal with significant litigation experience
