Strategy & Operations Manager (In Person)

Join our team as a Strategy & Operations Manager and help accelerate the expansion of in-person behavioral healthcare. You will lead efforts to scale in-person psychiatry services, establish provider acquisition channels, design value propositions, and maintain regulatory compliance. You will also take ownership of new high-impact initiatives as our in-person care model scales. • Lead efforts to scale in-person psychiatry services and build a robust office safety and suitability program.
• Serve as the operational lead and subject matter expert for in-person psychiatry, partnering with supply teams to establish provider acquisition channels.
• Take ownership of new high-impact initiatives as the in-person care model scales and strategic priorities evolve.

• The ideal candidate is an analytical, strategic thinker and succinct communicator who excels in high-ownership, accountable environments
• 2+ years of experience leading and executing complex, cross-functional initiatives
• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy & operations, chief-of-staff or analytical roles at a top-tier consulting firm, high-growth technology company, or two-sided marketplace
• Strategy development experience; the ability to define a business problem and turn possible solutions into actionable plans
• Strong analytical and modeling skills, including hands on experience querying data (e.g., Looker, Hex) and building complex financial or operational models in Google Sheets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills tailored for a remote environment, with a proven ability to synthesize complex analyses into crisp summaries ("So what?") and tailor to audience (from core team to executives)
• Experience with Salesforce reporting
