Job Description
Join Elliptic, a leading provider of blockchain analytics and crypto compliance solutions. As the Solution Consulting Manager for the Americas, you will build and lead the Solution Consulting function, drive technical and commercial excellence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate solution innovation. This is a player-manager role, with 70% of your time dedicated to team building and 30% focused on strategic deals.
- Own a focused set of strategic deals in the region alongside your management responsibilities.
- Build, recruit, and coach a high-performing team of Solution Consultants in key Americas, fostering a collaborative and feedback-driven culture.
- Develop best practices in consultative selling - discovery, technical demonstration, value-based selling, solution architecture, and POC/pilot delivery for enterprise clients.
