• Act as the trusted People partner to the US senior leadership team, providing strategic partnership and support on all people-related matters.
• Own and execute the People strategy for the US, aligning closely with the global People leadership team on key areas including talent development, engagement, culture, and change.
• Lead, manage and develop the US People Partners, building capability and consistency across the team and acting as their escalation point on complex issues.
