Lead Product Manager (Digital Assets)

Join CertiK, a leading company in regulatory technology for digital assets. As the Lead Product Manager, you will gather client needs, prioritize the roadmap, and present our products to clients, prospects, and regulators. You will also run discovery with clients and prospects, convert client conversations into actionable product decisions, and own the roadmap conversation with the CEO, Business Development, and Engineering. This role requires 5-8 years of B2B product management experience, ideally in fintech or regtech, and familiarity with digital asset regulation.

• Gather client needs and turn them into a clear, prioritized roadmap for product development.
• Run discovery with clients and prospects, and work closely with solutions consultants to set the agenda for what they learn in the field.
• Convert client conversations and consultant findings into actionable, prioritized product and feature decisions, and defend the ranking to leadership.

• Established prioritization framework and a record of turning customer input into shipped features
• Has led complete product cycles from discovery to launch in a regulated or enterprise domain, with demonstrated ability to identify the underlying need behind a client's stated request and show how it changed what was built
• Native or fully proficient English, with professional presentation skills to senior compliance, risk and regulatory audiences
• Domain experience in financial crime, AML or transaction monitoring, blockchain intelligence, or risk and surveillance products, whether as a product manager or from inside a compliance function
• 5–8 years in B2B product management, ideally in fintech, regtech, compliance software or at a regulated financial institution
• Sufficient technical fluency to challenge engineering decisions and hold a position under pushback
• Regular travel within the US and international travel as required
• Directs discovery through others as well as first-hand: part of the customer input comes via consultants, and the role sets their agenda
• Prior product experience at a blockchain intelligence or crypto compliance platform
• Familiarity with FATF, Travel Rule, sanctions or MiCA-type requirements as they apply to digital assets
• Experience working with regulators or on regulatory tenders
• Familiarity with US, UK or EU digital asset regulation
