Senior Manager of Talent Management

Join Jam City, a leading mobile gaming company, as a Senior Manager of Talent Management. In this role, you will lead the People Partner team, drive talent programs, and serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders. You will be responsible for employee relations, performance management, career development, and organizational change. Additionally, you will coach leaders, co-design the performance management program, build career frameworks, and lead manager development and leadership training. You will also collaborate with global People teams and champion the use of AI in talent programs.

• 2+ years managing HR or People Partner team members
• Experience in change management and leading organizational initiatives
• 8+ years of HRBP or talent management experience, including ownership of company-wide talent programs
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve HR workflows
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn workforce data into clear recommendations
• Proven ability to build credibility and partner with executive-level leaders
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. employment and labor laws; California employment law experience a plus
• Experience designing and launching performance management, career development, or leadership programs
• Must be local to the greater Los Angeles area and able to work from the office 5 days a week
