IT Engineer

Join Ema, an agentic AI company, as an IT Engineer. In this role, you will own the corporate IT environment end to end, focusing on automation and improving employee experience. You will be responsible for automating recurring manual tasks, managing identity and access, maintaining tool inventories, ensuring endpoint security, and generating audit evidence for compliance. You will also standardize IT runbooks, manage integration registries, and deliver Tier 1/2 support. This is not a traditional helpdesk role, and you will be expected to use agentic tooling to remove manual work.

• Automate and streamline corporate IT operations, focusing on reducing manual tasks and improving efficiency.
• Manage and oversee the entire lifecycle of identity and access management, ensuring compliance and security.
• Act as the in-house expert for Finance and HR, providing guidance and support on tool and subscription administration.

• IT & Security Operations: 0–2 years of experience managing Cloud/SaaS infrastructure, Okta/IdP, Google Workspace, and MDM platforms
• Automation Instinct & Agentic Tools: Strong drive to eliminate repetitive work using AI coding tools, Python/Bash scripting, and API integrations
• Security & Process Discipline: Strict adherence to security protocols, precise documentation habits, and sound judgment when handling compliance risks
• Communication & Documentation: Exceptional clarity in technical writing and verbal communication, as you will be the primary interface for internal stakeholders and will need to maintain clear, concise documentation for all automated processes
