Senior Data Analyst (Lives Covered)

Join Grow Therapy as a Senior Data Analyst, where you'll drive data-driven insights and reporting in the Product team. You'll work on various reporting, analytics, and experimentation projects, supporting the Lives Covered product group focused on Billing & Payments features. Collaborate with stakeholders, develop core product and performance reporting, support experimentation and A/B testing, and create compelling data visualizations. • Collaborer avec les parties prenantes pour prioriser les besoins analytiques et soutenir les lancements de produits.
• Développer, maintenir et faire évoluer les rapports sur les performances des produits, y compris les tableaux de bord critiques.
• Soutenir l'expérimentation et les tests A/B par une conception, une exécution et une analyse réfléchies.

• You have prior experience analyzing healthcare data, particularly across the claims lifecycle and patient billing processes
• You have strong SQL skills and intermediate understanding of experimental design (such as A/B experiments)
• You are a wizard at building business critical dashboards/data visualizations (ideally within Hex)
• You enjoy communicating effectively and building relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• You have 5+ years proven experience in using analytics to tackle business problems that cross multiple product/project areas and teams, ideally in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
• You love data storytelling, creating a compelling narrative by extracting insights from data, and summarizing learnings / takeaways for executives
• You have experience with data modeling (dbt) or are eager to learn
• You deeply value the importance of expanding access to mental health care
