Growth Marketing Manager

Join Tennr, a fast-growing healthtech startup, as a Content Marketing Manager (Demand Generation). In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing content marketing campaigns, improving industry-specific knowledge, and collaborating with various teams to ensure all campaign work aligns with Tennr's voice and vibe. You will also have the opportunity to explore new content formats and improve analytics to tie demand generation efforts to revenue.

• Identifying and researching topics and content opportunities, validating that research with customers and industry members, and creating the substance of the offering.
• Originating and executing on content marketing campaigns across various channels and formats, and helping to uncover and capitalize on new shapes and types of content.
• Working with the Brand and Design teams to keep all campaign work in Tennr’s voice and vibe, and collaborating with Growth Marketing to understand market and distribution options.

• If you’re smart, good at research, a talented writer, audience-centric, and excited to learn more about the specific challenges our audiences across healthcare face, we’d love to see what you’re capable of
• Startup experience a big plus
• Experience working with contributors from other disciplines
• 2–5 years’ experience in demand gen or content marketing, ideally in healthcare, B2B SaaS, or healthtech
• Solid writing chops
• Enthusiasm for doing the work, and a preference for quality over “productivity” or box-checking
• An allergy to AI slop. At Tennr, we don’t use ChatGPT for writing, and we respect our audience’s time enough not to waste it with creative work we didn’t consider worth taking the time to make ourselves
• A college degree, or an additional comparable amount of work experience on top of the bullet above, demonstrating that you can usefully combine research and creativity to achieve concrete objectives
• Willingness to work in-person four days a week in our (fun, friendly, active) Chelsea office, with the fifth day remote-optional
