Senior HR Business Partner

Join our team as a Senior HR Business Partner in San Francisco. In this fully on-site role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers, applying your in-depth knowledge of HR principles and practices to address a wide range of people and organizational issues. You will independently devise and implement HR solutions, coach and guide leaders on performance management and employee engagement, and collaborate with internal partners to deliver integrated solutions. Strong judgment, influencing skills, and the ability to advise leaders on difficult or sensitive matters are essential for success in this role.

• Partner with managers and leaders to support day-to-day people strategy aligned with organizational priorities and operational goals.
• Independently devise and implement HR solutions, adapting existing practices to meet evolving business and employee needs, with review at key decision points.
• Coach and guide leaders on performance management, employee engagement, development, and workplace concerns.

• Demonstrated ability to adapt established approaches when precedent or guidance is limited, working independently and managing priorities with minimal oversight while seeking review at critical points
• Complete knowledge and understanding of Human Resources principles, employment practices, and organizational policies, including strong working knowledge of San Francisco and California employment law
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations, synthesize information, and determine appropriate courses of action using sound judgment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree, with 5+ years of relevant experience
