Staff Full Stack Engineer

Join our team as a Staff Full Stack Engineer, where you'll set the technical direction for our platform that manages trillions in real assets. You'll lead complex initiatives, shape our engineering practices with AI, and raise the bar for code quality. You'll work closely with product, design, and quality teams, and have the opportunity to mentor and grow other engineers. This is a hands-on role for an experienced engineer with a passion for shaping the future of the built world.

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, including full stack development
• Experience mentoring engineers and influencing architectural decisions
• Advanced front end experience: React, Angular, Vue, or similar
• BS in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or equivalent work experience
• Proven expertise building scalable web application back ends: Ruby on Rails, Flask, Node, or similar
• Demonstrated experience leading complex initiatives across teams from concept to production
• Hands on experience with AI assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, or similar) in production work, with a track record of driving adoption and productivity gains across an engineering team
• Experience integrating LLM APIs or building AI workflows in production
• Experience with distributed systems, event driven architectures, or cloud platforms like AWS
• Background in high growth SaaS
• Interest in commercial real estate or fintech
