Director of Order to Cash (Revenue Accounting)

Join our Accounting team as the Director of Order to Cash (Revenue Accounting). In this strategic and operationally focused role, you will own the end-to-end Order-to-Cash function, including revenue operations, billing, collections, and payment settlements. You will lead initiatives to improve cash flow, customer and merchant experience, and efficiency across the business. • Own end-to-end billing, invoicing, collections, and payment settlement across subscription and transaction-based revenue.
• Lead operational oversight of the revenue function, covering both SaaS/subscription revenue and payments-based revenue, and partner with Accounting Manager on ASC 606 revenue recognition.
• Build a collections strategy that drives down aged receivables and improves recovery rates across customer and merchant segments.

• Comfort with ERP, billing, and CRM systems such as Workday, Zuora, or Salesforce
• Revenue accounting exposure (ASC 606) across both SaaS/subscription revenue and payments/transaction-based revenue is strongly preferred
• Experience with payment processing, card networks, ACH, and payment processors like Stripe, TSYS, or Adyen
• Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and hands-on experience using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT to automate and improve your team's workflows.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience; a CPA is a plus

• A track record of owning and improving end-to-end operational processes at scale, not just running the day-to-day
• 7+ years of progressive experience leading billing, collections, payment operations, or revenue operations, ideally in fintech, payments, or SaaS.
