Head of Talent

Join Hyperbolic as the Head of Talent, where you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's future and driving its growth from 30 to 70-100 employees in the next 6-12 months. You will work directly with the founders and leadership team to define hiring priorities, lead critical searches, and build a scalable recruiting engine. This is a hands-on role for someone who can attract exceptional technical and business talent while creating the systems that help us hire with speed and quality.

• You are a hands-on recruiter who enjoys sourcing and closing, not only managing
• You thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and take ownership from strategy through execution
• You use data and market intelligence to improve hiring decisions
• You have built or meaningfully improved recruiting processes, systems, and metrics
• You have successfully hired technical talent across infrastructure, distributed systems, AI/ML, cloud, or developer tools
• You have 10+ years of recruiting experience, including ownership of a recruiting function in a high-growth company
• Experience at a neocloud, hyperscaler, AI lab, GPU cloud, or infrastructure company
• Experience as the first or early Talent hire at a venture-backed startup
• A strong network across AI and infrastructure talent
