Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

• Willingness to provide periodic, off-business hours on-call support to operations staff
• Able to take ambiguous requirements and develop a solid solution
• Expertise in Java, C#, Python, Go or similar languages required (Java experience preferred)
• Able to help deliver product to market with a high degree of customer-focus
• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance/test engineering, with demonstrated strengths in test case planning, defect triage, and prioritization of work
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with Appium-based test automation is a plus
• Extensive experience designing and executing functional, manual test cases for a SaaS product
• Experience building and maintaining both service-layer and UI-based test automation frameworks
• Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident (Green Card holder)
• Capable of managing multiple, concurrent, and complex software projects
• Self-directed and effective at collaborating with multiple small engineering teams
