Enterprise Account Manager

In this high-impact role, you will manage a set book of existing employer partners, drive customer retention and expansion, and build relationships with executives. You will work closely with our Employer Customer Success Team and present data-driven Quarterly Business Reviews. • An impeccable communicator with polished and professional sales presentation skills
• Experience managing customer relationships alongside a Customer Success team
• Experience with an evangelical sale, selling non-discretionary software to executives at Fortune 1000 companies
• At least 2+ years of sales experience in Enterprise SaaS sales or Account Management, 5+ years in a closing and quota carrying role
• Experience preparing renewal proposals, forecasting, and account planning
