Director of Strategic Accounts

Join Paxos, a leading blockchain technology company, as the Director of Strategic Accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing new financial institution clients, negotiating sales, and launching new products. You will work closely with leadership and internal stakeholders to execute our strategy and leverage our resources effectively. Additionally, you will represent Paxos externally in client meetings and at industry events, and stay informed on the regional market landscape and evolving competitors.

• Identifying, negotiating, and finalizing strategic partnerships with enterprise executives to launch cutting-edge products across the fintech and financial services sectors.
• Leading the end-to-end sales lifecycle, including preparing presentations and proposals, conducting demos and product deep dives, and coordinating with internal teams to successfully onboard clients.
• Building a go-to-market plan for banks, brokerage and financial institutions alongside cross-functional partners to set the direction, goals, timelines, and milestones for the product build.

• Experience building in a regulated fast moving and dynamic industry
• 10+ years working cross functionally in fintech / financial services / digital assets to launch new products from 0 to 1
• Significant experience within Financial Services
• A strong network across the institutional segment (banks, brokerages, corporate treasuries, pensions, endowments, foundations, family offices) that you can leverage to build pipeline
• Strong grasp of finance and technical concepts, with the ability to translate seamlessly between the two
• Strong experience selling B2B enterprise technology into domestic and global enterprises, with a track record of winning new institutional clients
• Deep knowledge of the digital asset ecosystem, with a particular focus on stablecoins
• Excitement for building things which have never been done or built before and have global impact to provide broader access to financial services for people’s lives
• A passion for working in highly dynamic and ambiguous environments where you've proven you can be successful despite challenges from internal and external factors
