Revenue Accounting Manager

Join our team as a Revenue Accounting Manager, where you will oversee the accounting and operational activities for key revenue streams, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls and financial regulations. You will drive the development of standard operating procedures, partner with business units to explain the financial impact of proposed transactions, and collaborate with finance and data teams to streamline data sources. Additionally, you will champion and implement automation and AI initiatives to enhance efficiency. A strong background in operational accounting, experience with SOX compliance, and a bachelor's degree in accounting are required.

• Oversee the accounting and operational activities for key revenue streams, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Drive the development and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enable team scalability and knowledge transfer.
• Partner with business units to explain the financial impact of proposed transactions and support financial decision-making.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts for non-finance stakeholders
• 5+ years of experience in an operational accounting role, including work within a publicly traded company environment
• Demonstrated track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Proven ability to analyze and interpret large, complex datasets
• Experience with SOX compliance, internal controls, and revenue recognition under ASC 606 and GAAP
