Senior Data Scientist

• 1+ years experience developing and tuning LLM systems
• Hands-on data engineering experience manipulating data sets, data cleaning, and pipelines with strong coding skills in Python and SQL
• 3+ years of relative industry experience developing, launching, and maintaining ML systems in production at scale
• Strong software development foundations - dedication to high code quality, stable architecture
• Strong cross-functional communication with technical and non-technical partners
• Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields
• Experience with Databricks, AWS, DBT, or similar platforms
• Background in healthcare data or hospital operations
