Field Marketing & Community Manager

Join Together AI as a Field Marketing & Community Manager. In this role, you will develop and execute account-based field programs, build and scale community event strategies, and partner with various teams to ensure successful program execution. You will have a significant impact on engaging priority accounts, accelerating pipeline, and deepening customer relationships.

• Strong judgment and the ability to prioritize opportunities based on expected impact, not simply volume of requests
• Comfortable using Salesforce and event/marketing technology to track performance and business impact
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high bar for attendee experience
• Experience developing and executing account-based programs in close partnership with Sales
• 5–7+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, ABM, or a related B2B technology marketing role
• Experience creating community or experiential programs for technical audiences
• Ability to work effectively across Sales, Demand Gen, Product Marketing, DevRel, Research, Creative, Partnerships, and executive stakeholders
• High agency and comfort operating in a fast-moving environment with ambiguity
• Strong understanding of how events can support pipeline creation, acceleration, customer expansion, and relationship development
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management skills with the ability to independently manage multiple complex programs at once
• Ability to travel up to 30–40% based on event schedules, including international travel
