Senior IT Administrator

Join Illumio, a leader in Zero Trust Segmentation, as a Senior IT Administrator. In this role, you will streamline IT operations, provide advanced technical support, and serve as a subject matter expert for Windows and macOS environments. You will also administer Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro, manage endpoint provisioning and deployment, and support Microsoft 365 services. Additionally, you will design and implement automations and integrations between IT systems, provide high-touch technical support to executives, and troubleshoot complex technology issues.

• Identifying opportunities to streamline IT operations through automation, system integration, and process improvement.
• Providing advanced technical support and high-touch service to executives and executive assistants, and serving as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Administering Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro, managing Windows and macOS provisioning and zero-touch deployment, and overseeing endpoint patching and software update processes.

• This role requires extensive hands-on experience managing Windows and macOS environments and will serve as a subject matter expert for endpoint management, Microsoft administration, identity and access management, IT automation, and enterprise applications
• This role requires strong technical expertise, independent problem-solving, and the ability to design and implement scalable solutions that improve the reliability, security, and efficiency of IT operations
• Strong experience with Windows Autopilot and Apple Automated Device Enrollment
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience with Okta and Okta Workflows, and similar technology, particularly user lifecycle automation
• Experience designing and implementing IT system integrations and automations
• Extensive hands-on experience administering Windows and macOS enterprise environments
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro, including policy/profile management, application deployment, patch management, compliance, and zero-touch deployment
• Strong PowerShell scripting experience, particularly for Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online administration
• 6+ years of progressive experience in IT administration, systems administration, endpoint management, or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership of complex technical issues, and provide high touch support to C-Level executives and executive assistants
• Extensive experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft Defender, including Defender for Office 365
• Experience with Microsoft Graph API and advanced PowerShell automation
• Experience developing ServiceNow solutions, including catalog items and Flow Designer
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with Okta, Microsoft 365, HR systems, or endpoint management platforms
• Experience with enterprise networking, certificate-based authentication, or Wi-Fi technologies
• Relevant Microsoft, Jamf, Okta, ServiceNow, or other technical certifications
