Senior GTM Insights Automation Manager

Join Reddit as a Senior GTM Insights Automation Manager, where you will be the technical engine behind our data-driven Go-To-Market strategy. You will design and implement workflows that automate our reporting ecosystem, ensuring our sales teams have the insights they need to succeed. This role requires a strong background in analytics, data science, or data engineering, as well as experience with SQL and relational databases. You will collaborate with sales and business stakeholders, align with business metrics, establish governance, and drive technical innovation.

• Collaborate with sales and business stakeholders to understand their data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Proactively identify and resolve data quality issues, ensuring the integrity and reliability of data foundations.

• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution; this role requires an owner, not a coordinator
• 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, data engineering, or a related field
• Proven ability to operate in ambiguity and independently structure complex problems into clear recommendations and data driven solutions that are understood by both technical builders and business stakeholders
• Experience with SQL and relational databases. You should be able to write complex, performant queries and understand query optimization
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose root causes and evaluate tradeoffs
• Strong programming skills: Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Go) for building data pipelines and automation
• Experience in digital advertising
• Experience working in fast-moving, resource-constrained environments where judgment, prioritization, and initiative are critical
• Familiarity with sales tools and technology that improve seller efficiency and productivity, including workflow automation and AI-enabled ways of working
